Trekking in nature
Surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful nature reserve, this experience will lead you to discover the Mount Genuardo Reserve. Together with a nature guide, you will discover all the secrets of the wild and peculiar plants that characterize this place, learning which can be harvested and exploring the history of each one.
The excursion will last half a day, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cooking class
Sicilian cuisine, the real one. A menu of family recipes, with local products (striving for km 0). You will be taught how to prepare each dish, revealing secrets of an ancient cuisine full of tradition. The best moment will be when, all together at the table, we will taste the dishes made.
The cooking class is available exclusively for groups of 6 participants.
Winery tour
Sicily. An island that seems tailor-made for viticulture. A territory capable of delivering incredible wines and creating unforgettable scenery. Walking among the rows of vines, breathing the scent of must, tasting Sicilian wines with the people who produced them: a unique experience that cannot be missed!
A visit to a winery, with wine tasting and a light lunch. You will be able to choose between two wineries that best represent the territory:
